To test whether our goals have been achieved, we used: questionnaires, "Thinking de Bono hats", as well as observations, mobility reports, interviews with participants.
After each mobility, teachers and students filled out the “Thinking Hats” sheets - hence we knew what difficulties the participants encountered and how to overcome them during the next celebration.
The assumption in the application was that the increase in all competences would be 80%. This is a false assumption because the survey has a 10-point scale and the input survey results would have to be 2 points, while already then the average of the results was around 4.5 percentage points.
Invalid translation at fault. It was about obtaining an increase in knowledge and skills in 80% of the respondents.
    And yes:
    - in the group of teachers, the average result was an increase of 21.2%. There has been an increase in the area of all competences. Only in two cases: in questions regarding the improvement of the level of professional qualifications and the level of school work, the final results turned out to be weaker than the initial results, although there was an increase after the first six months of the year.
This is probably the result of a pandemic and the belief that the interruption in the functioning of schools had a negative impact on the level of education.
    - in the group of students, a significant increase took place in all the studied areas, in all participants, by an average of 24.5%.
When it comes to parents, there was also an increase in all respondents, by an average of 20%.
There was an increase in the skills of the project participants in the field of:
    - personal competences of the participants
    - professional competences (teachers) (subject-students)
    - ICT competences
    - language competences
    - organizational competences.
So the goals of 2,3,4,5,6 have been achieved.
As for Objective 1 - reducing the number of early school leavers, this was achieved in Polish schools. In the last school year, not a single student left school prematurely.
Coordinators of other countries also declare that students are more likely to go to school, run less often, and do not drop out of school (perhaps this is due to the pandemic).
This is also confirmed by the results of the surveys. When asked if you like going to school, on a scale of 1-10, the average percentage score increased by almost a third.
