1st day - welcome ceremony; presentation of partner’s schools; folklore of Sieradz’s Land (music and dance workshops); interpersonal relationships training/ workshops on building positive relationships;

2nd day – familiarizing with the cultural heritage of Poland - a ceremony in the theater to celebrate 100th anniversary of regained independence, presentations introducing Polish history, tradition, culture - with participation of SOSW students and students from other schools; workshops about alternative communication;

3rd day - conference about: "Counteracting the trend of early school leaving" - familiarizing with achievements of Polish education; presentations made by schools’ representatives, which are implementing projects, that have similar subject matter, from the Sieradz region; presentations of partners proposing methodological solutions, developed during implementation of other projects, that don’t have to be EU project, but used in partner countries; Gauguin’s image analysis - "Where Do We Come From, Who Are We, Where Are We Going?" - as leading scheme of project’s activities; theatre workshops: “Ways to deal with stress”

4th day - kindness and savoir vivre every day- English lesson; "What can a teacher learn from a student?" (observing lessons); working on the project, accordingly updating plan of activities for one year of the project;

5th day - familiarizing with the cultural heritage of Poland, a trip to Warsaw, evaluation of the training - completion of the "De Bono Thinking Hats" sheets, preparation of the final report on mobility.
