The last event of the project (virtual, unfortunately) the meeting organized by Oldham was one of the most successful. For three days the students interacted virtually to identify the common elements that make or not a job interview a success. They also had the opportunity to participate directly in an interview with employers, to receive feedback from them, and thus improve their knowledge of how to present themselves at a job interview. We present, below, the interview attended by the representative of the Romanian team, Eric Udrea, for the position of travel consultant manager.
