1ST meeting of the partnership. 

We make decisions about many points on the project, to start working. The fact that up to 2 partners must leave the project before beginning forces us to re-organize all tasks and teams. We agree on the new organization, and expect to cope with all activities planned in the project original design. This new organization is approved by the Spanish National Agency.
