    • Both teachers first compare the syllabuses and holidays calendar to decide on the time schedule of the project.
    • The teachers agree on the time allocation of the tasks their school teams will be in charge of.
    • The teachers can communicate in any way they wish, using Skype, or email or the TwinSpace.
    • The teachers plan warm-up tasks to ‘build up’ a first acquaintance between the two eTwinning teams regarding their towns and local culture as well as the participating pupils/classes of each school.
    • The teachers integrate Web 2.0 tools into their project work to motivate their learners be active participants, to facilitate distance collaboration and develop their learners’ digital skills.
    • The teachers can look for ideas in the eTwinning portal.
    • Pupils can create and design their handmade cards as they wish with the help of their teachers using their imagination and craft skills.
    • Brainstorming activities can help all the learners to be active participants.
    • The teachers post the results of their eTwinning project in their school blogs and/or the Twinspace.
    • Both teachers offer guidance, support, assistance and encouragement to their school teams.
    • Both teachers become facilitators of the whole eTwinning project work.
