To get to know each other project partners collaborate to create a Prezi presentation with information about the partner Countries, Cities and Schools.

Teachers also add information about their teaching context on a Google spreadsheet including their contact info as well as  the dates and times they are available for online meetings (TwinSpace page: Who are the teachers?).

Project teachers share and use the same material for the pupils to work on (Pupils' introductions - preparation)  and create drawings with a short text in English so as to get to know each other. They share their drawings on a lino and the TwinBoard of the page "Pupils get to know each other" along with Christmas and New Year's wishes and greeting cards. 

As part of the ice-breaking phase, project partners also

1. shared words in their native languages so that a language matching game to be created with Learning apps. That way we learned a bit of our partners' languages. (Learning bits of our partners' languages)
2. met online to introduce tehmselves and sing traditional Christmas/New Year's songs (Online Meeting 1)
