Many people, who have not lived Erasmus, ask us: “ tell us about your experience, how was it? Our Reply : Erasmus must be lived and I because it is friendship, culture which change you inside and make you think about things from other perspectives.
Hosting and being hosted is a wonderful experience. It gives you the opportunity to know the culture of that particular area deeply and, from our experience, we have understood that the guest is sacred.
Unfortunately, today with COVD-19, we must stay home and cannot meet, but despite that, the strength of the friendship, created between us and our partner eliminates the distances and decreases the discouragement, the loneliness we are feeling.

    Giulia Ripa

I have had the opportunity to explore the subject of discrimination through the Erasmus+ project with Spanish, French and Lithuanian students. This opportunity made me live fantastic moments I’ll never forget.
One of the activities that I liked most was the Theatre one when I was in Torrefarrera. We acted bullying scenes and played little games like wallowing the hand of the partner. I liked body percussion too; we did a good rhythm on the song “NO” of Meghan Trainor. I made strong friendship with the other guys and it was very sad to say goodbye to them. I miss them so much and I hope to see them another time. I have drawn a man where all around there are negative words. He says stop and starts saying positive words.

    Gaia Vitiello

I am Gaia and I want to express a thought on my Erasmus experience. The most beautiful cultural activity was when I went to Barcelona because I had always wished to visit it. The activity that was most correlated to the discrimination was that of memes, which made me understand how sad can be a person who is discriminated. The girl who was paired with me is called Ona and she was from Spain. I was very well at her house. From this experience I have really understood what the word "discrimination" means and that there are wonderful people even outside my country. I have chosen this picture as I have learnt we must love and cooperate without prejudice.

    Christian Ciarlone

I am Christian and I want to tell you how I have lived this my experience. I particularly enjoyed when the partners came to Torre del Greco. The most amazing activity was when I took part in the Sports games: tug war, treasure hunt, running race as we worked all together to reach our aims. I enjoyed when we solved the quiz to find pieces of the four flags representing the four countries of the Project. Another interesting activity was the Tableau Vivant because it was more related to discrimination. My pair in the mobility was Diamanté from Lithuania. I had to go to Vilnius this May, but it was impossible because of Covid-19. I hope to visit it next year. From this experience I have learnt the importance of diversity and the respect for the others. I have improved my English.

    Kyara Nocerino

I have been very happy to work on an Erasmus Project with Spanish, French and Lithuanian boys. They were very nice. I enjoyed all the activities. In my opinion the theatrical activity on racism I was involved in, during my stay in Torrefarrera, was the most related to discrimination. In Spain I lived at Marwa Alaoui Ismaili’s house. She and her family were very hospitable.
From this experience I have learned that we are all the same and that racism is a prejudice of ignorant people.

    Alessandro Vitiello

My names Alessandro. Working on Erasmus Project has been a wonderful experience. The most amazing activity was the Tableau Vivant because we lived bullying scenes.
This experience taught me we can make friends all over the world so it is important to study English to communicate with boys from other countries.

    Fabio Legna

I am Fabio. My Erasmus experience has been very exciting. I was in contact with boys, girls from other countries so I get to know different cultures, habits. The most beautiful experience was to share school activities, above all the representation of famous paintings. I'll never forget my experience

    Andrea Sorrentino

For this experience I went to Spain, at Torrefarrera and it was fantastic. I have been hosted to Joan’s family, which was cozy and very kind too!
In my opinion, the Erasmus is the best way to remove discrimination from teenagers by meeting young people from different nations, it’s an opportunity to socialize and improve themselves and to discover different cultures around the world. I have chosen this photo because this is where all started for me, when we were insecure and a little scared to go to Spain, while now we are very friendly and we have a lot of will to see each other again!

    Francesca Cimmino

I am Francesca. I have worked on this project because, when the foreign students came to Torre del Greco, I hosted a girl from Lithuania: Austeja. She is very nice and I spent beautiful moments with her.
I enjoyed that period very much. There isn’t an activity I liked the most as I think everything: activities, excursions were beautiful and fun in various ways. I think that what made that mobility beautiful was the people I was with in those four days.
Thanks to this project I have met new people, both from Italy and from the other countries and I have got open-minded. This experience helped me be more confident.
I have drawn his picture to represent and remember all of us who participated the Erasmus mobility

    Imma Balzano

Erasmus is a cultural exchange that introduced me to people from other countries and helped me to relate better. A year ago, in France, we did an activity where we had to make a booklet with photos of the Erasmus group, phrases on discrimination and various decorations. This was my favorite activity because we used our creativity in a splendid way.
The girl who hosted me is called Gabrielle. The girl I hosted is called Laura and my partners are both French This is the picture that I have made to represent my experience with Erasmus. I have drawn all the countries that participated in Erasmus and at the center I written Erasmus with the stars of the European Union.

    Manuel Perez

I am Manuel and I want to tell you something about my Erasmus experience.
I liked all the activities I have done in my school and when I went To Ribeauvillè in France. I was hosted at Ulysse’s house. He has been my pair. The funniest cultural activity of that mobility was when we went to Strasbourg, because I saw a new city. The activity most related to discrimination was when we did theater. From this experience I have learned that we must respect and tolerate everyone.

    Salvatore Esposito

I am Salvatore and I’ll tell you something on one of the most significant experiences of my school career: the Erasmus project. The most exciting moment was when I went to Torrefarrera because, for the first time, I travelled by plane and also because I was alone, without my parents. In those days, we did interesting activities such as: theatre workshop where we discussed the difference between men and women in the household chores and feminist debates.
I have chosen this photo of the Sagrada Familia (Barcelona) as it reminds me that fantastic trip to Barcelona, a wonderful city with its monuments, parks and the sea. I’ ll never forget that day.

    Laia Mangues

Erasmus has brought me lots of good experiences and memories that I will never forget.
During these two years I've met people that have made this project incredible.
I have learnt new things of different countries and cultures. And I've enjoyed working on disctimination because it is a problem that as a society we need to change.
Finally I want to thank the teachers and the families that have made this experience possible.

    Alex Martí

This project has provided me with many new friendships from colleagues from different cultures and improve my English vocabulary. Erasmus has allowed me to share the day to day and to show my people, City and country to boys and girls of other countries has made me proud. Perform activities in common to achieve a much better world. Now I just hope to repeat it in Lithuania. See you soon!!!

    Paula Bordas

My name is Paula Bordas. In this project I learnt a lot of amazing, interesting and fun facts. I liked a lot the concept about learning of discrimination because is an important topic that we have to be educated about. In this project i felt very good around the people that was participating and I've made very good friends.
Also I want to thank everyone who made this project possible so we could enjoy it.

    Elena farcas

This Erasmus has taught me a lot of things. The project allowed me to visit a new country and have the opportunity to know about other cultures. I have also been able to improve pretty much my English level. In this period I met a lot of new and nice people and I've been able to live a lot of entertaining experiences with them. I take away a great memory that I will remember for the rest of my life.
