    What Turkish learnt about Norway

    Thanks to our project ''ROOTS'' Turkish students learned quite useful and interesting things about our European partners.

    As you see ; they are usually tall and thin with blonde hair.

    Norwegians are always helpful,peaceful and fun.

    They like welcoming others.

    They can  sometimes become selfish and rude.

    Mostly they think in a negative way,they sometimes can be cold and shy .

    Generally the Norwegians are rich and they like helping people in need ,all Norwegians are charitable.

    The Norwegians are farmers and they like working.

    Norwegians have many myths and stories with trools.They love their nature where the trolls were said to live.

    There are many different people from different cultures in Norway.

    Fishing is very important in Norway and eating fish for dinner is quite common once a week.

    People in villages hunt Mouse.

    Norway is famous for Norwegian pizza,ice-crea and chocolate.

    In Norway,18 year old the students ,called RUSS have a party for a month when they finish school.

    17th of May is their constitution day and they celebrate it every year in national costumes and traditional knitted jumpers called ‘’Marius’’

    Skiing is the most Norwegian’s sport.
