The Local Food in Trabzon.

The main dishes in Trabzon are generally fish products. Butter and cheese are indispensable for breakfast.These butter and cheeses in shown on my map are produced mostly in Trabzon.

Trabzon is also wellknown as Portugal about fish.We called it,HAMSİ is a special type of fish is found in Black Sea.It is indispensable for us.

As desserts, several types of pudding and yufka are often used. The yufka is formed by the thinning of the dough. Baklava and Künefe are other special desserts in Tuerkey.

Kuymak is a kind of local food made from special cheese and corn flour can be tasted only in Trabzon.
