"There are thirty human rights, as laid down by the United Nations in 1948. Together they offer a guide as to how people should behave towards one another and how states and rulers should treat their citizens. But ‘should’ is one thing and reality another. If human rights are to be respected, both awareness and courage are required.
The cube is part of a unique school project in Sweden. Thirty black cubes, one for each human right, are distributed to selected schools around the country. Inside the cubes, pupils show how we can stand up for human rights, inspired by the actions of Raoul Wallenberg. He paid for it with his life:"

This year, which is the first time that the Cube Project takes place Spain, our school was invited to join the project. Our school was in charge of reflecting and working about the the 13th Human Right , "Freedom of movement". Everyone who wanted at our school was able to contribute in this wonderful project.
Our class decided to contribute to the Cube by sharing our work and reflections that both Polish and Spanish students had done in our project “PS: join ourCultural Pledge”. We realized that learning and about peopler’s cultural heritage would result on no prejudices or sterotypes and also it will lead to a better understanding and respect from both sides , the host and the people arriving at a different country. In our project, we reflected about our backgrounds by sharing what we learned from our grandparents. We invited everyone in the school to do the same as us and we shared a book where they could write their reflections as we did. We also made a poster with our Cultural Pledge.
We presented our contribution , and our work to a big audience on May_ school peers and teachers, different people from different organizations who were also invited and also the Swedish Ambassador.
Both, our poster and the book with stories from our backgrounds were our contributions from our eTwinning Project to the Cube. Both objects will travel inside the Cube to Sweden. There , we hope that the people who will visit our cube with join us and write in our book aware of the importance of their Culture Heritage.
It was great to participate in the cube with our eTwinning Project. We also help raise money for refugees and it was brilliant to help people who really need our help
