A STATISTICAL SURVEY ABOUT TRANSPORT

The 4th class of the primary school in Petriolo, having to review the topic of the statistical investigation in maths and the different ways of rapresenting its results,prepared a survey about transports asking two questions:

1. "What's your favourite mean of transport?"

2. "What's the most common mean of tranport?"  

Pupils of the 4th class asked all their friends in the primary school of Petriolo in English, they entered the data into tables and then created two different charts:

a histogram and an ideogram.

They got to conclusions of their investigation by identifying the car as the most common mean of transport and the plane as the favourite one.
