Still Life in the Middle Ages and Renaissance

  • Leonardo da Vinci, created watercolor studies of fruit (around 1495) as part of his examination of nature, and Albrecht Dürer also made precise drawings of plants and animals.

    Everyone knows the hare by Albrecht Dürer. In our school (Siegerland - Grundschule in Berlin Germany) we have live Bunnies.
