  • Greek team - Kilkis "Our biscuits"

    CHRISTMAS BISCUITS

    Ingredients: 200gr butter, 100gr caster sugar, 4 tablespoons milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla flavor, 300gr flour, decorative materials (caster sugar, truffle etc)

    Prepare the pastry: You put in the mixer the butter (it should be softened before) and the sugar. You should have a soft mixture. Then you add vanilla and milk. You mix for a little while and then you add flour partially.

    Prepare the biscuits: You unroll the dough and you cut biscuits in Christmas shapes (with the proper cup-pat). You put the biscuits in a pan on baking paper. You cook the biscuits in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for 8-10 minutes. When they are cold you can decorate them.

    They are very easy and we are making them every year in school, with the pupils. You can try too.
