Christmas is a time to remember all that might be feeling lonely and left behind. That is why every year the students of Kaunas Jonas Jablonskis Gymnasium visit elderly people and disabled children during the festive season.

This action is beneficial both for the visited ones and the visitors. Giving and receiving thus creates and strengthens the bond between generations, bridges the economical divide, erases the differences of social status. It not only shows that we care but also teaches tolerance and reminds that no one is forgotten, everyone is important and loved.
