Summary
The French and the Portuguese delegation arrived on Sunday 23rd
Monday 24 th 2019
9:00 the delegations were welcome at C technical school. Welcome speech by the headmaster and his staff. A school tour was done.
9:30 - 10:30 the French coordinator made a review of the activities realised on Twinspace and the Cypriot coordinator wanted to have a review of the difficulties encountered of the using of the IT programme, the Portuguese coordinator presented where they disseminate the IT programme to their partner in Mozambique.
10:30 -11:00 social break Time
11:00 - 14 :00 Team work on the final report.
the partners reviewed what needed to be done for the final report and started the writing on a collaborative Google documents which was prepared before the meeting by the French coordinator.
The whole sections "participants", "participants' recognition" and the question " did you use or plan to use Erasmus+ platforms" were completed

Wednesday 26th
8:30 -10:30 Team work for completing the final report. The sections "project management" and "Implementations" were completed.
10:30 -11:00 break time
11:00 - 13:30 Team work for completing the final report. The sections " Transnational Meetings" and " Learning Teaching Trainning" were completed.
13:30 -14:30 lunch time
14:30 - 20:30 free time
20:30 fish mezze organized by the host country.
Thursday 27th
8:30 -10:30 Team work for completing the project. The section "Implementation"
10:30 - 11:00 break time
11:30 - 13:30 team work for completing the project. The section "Impacts" was completed
13:30 14:30 lunch time
14:30 - 16:30 visit of archeological sites in Limassol and visit of the old town.
16:30 - 19:30 free time
19:30 the partners attended the school graduation ceremony
21:00 Dinner time
Friday 28th
8:30 - 10:30 team work for completing the project. The section dissemination was completed in the final report and on the Twinspace. Partners thought of future partnership together and wrote and signed an agreement to continue working together.
10:30 - 11:00 break time
11:30 - 14:30 team work for completing the project. The sections "sustainability" and "Project summary" were completed. The attestations of presence were completed and signed by participants and the headmaster of the host school. The Certificate ceremony took place.
14:30 -16:00 lunch time. The guests from France and Portugal were invited to the host school end of the school year lunch with all the teachers because the school year ended in Cyprus this Friday.
16:00 Free time
19:00 departure of the Portuguese delegation. Flight at .... The Cypriot colleague drove them to the airport.
Saturday 29th departure of the French delegation. The trip to the airport was assured by the Cypriot colleague. Flight at 10:40.
