    Summary

    Monday 6 June 2018

    A welcome speech was made by the project coordinator and the headmaster around a coffee time.

    - School partner participants present :

    From Portugal Amadeu Dinis, School Director, Nilza Jardim, Project coordinator, David  Da Silva IT teacher, Olivia …..

    From Cyprus, Costas, the project coordinator , Venedictos the IT and Spyros as the ,

    From France the project coordinator, Murièle Dejaune, Isabelle Larvor the secretary, Touria Taoumi the language assistant, Gilles Fléjou, the director of the professional training.

    - Visit to school premises and greeting form the different colleagues and visit to the school car museum

    - Presentation of the work done so far: the Twinspace, the website, the presentation of our schools and our countries, the multidisciplinary dictionary, the video, the actions done in each school, the IT programme

    -Presentation by the Portuguese students of their school projects to the partners

    Tuesday 7 June 2018

    During the second day, Costas and Venos presented and explained to the partners the difficulties they encountered with the IT programme and showed the final version. The taught us how to install it on our server and the Portuguese team tried to install it on their server. They showed how to create administrators, users and how to start our fill in our assets. We tested the IT programme.

    The Portuguese and French coordinators updated the Twinspace.

    We each took part in the writing of the article for the Portuguese school magazine and Nilza sent an article to the local newspaper.

    In afternoon we did a socializing visit in Porto in order to visit a cave and to learn a little more about the history and Port wine and how they keep up their stocks.

    Wednesday 8th June 2018

    The partners gathered in school and left for a discovery of Viana do Castelo and visit of the town and of Santa Luzia then in Braga. Socializing time to build up the teams.

    Thursday 9th 2018

    Work on the website and updating what has been done so far and discuss what needs to be done for the next step of its updating.

    The coordinator summarised the project and reminded the interim activities/ tasks to be carried out, the deadlines, and delivered the documents for certification of the meeting of each country.

    All partners made an evaluation of the meeting and mentioned the very good organisation provided by the hosting partner, the good communication and the friendly atmosphere during the whole meeting.

    Chose the dates for next meeting (arriving October 14th and leaving 20the October 2018)
