    16/10/2017

    - The Headmistress of school made a welcome speech.

    - Each school partner presented the participants. From Portugal Amadeu Dinis, School Director and Nilza Jardim, Project coordinator; From Cyprus, Costas as the project coordinator and Kyriakos as the expert in IT and teacher at the school, presented themselves and from France the project coordinator, Murièle, the teachers involved in the project: Sami Boussaid and Mehdi Lannabi, and also M. Arnoux, M. Caillère, M. Haddad, Mme Menuet.

    - Presentation of each school partner and region. Murièle presented Louis Blériot vocational school; Costas presented Limassol Technical and vocational school; Nilza presented Portuguese vocational school.

    - Visit to school premises and meeting with the different teams.

    - Murièle presented the project objectives, implementation structure, and activities to be carried on.

    - Some discussions about the activities were carried out, namely about: opening a twinspace (already done by the project coordinator - Murièle); the organisation of a logo contest among all the schools involved; The IT program will be written by Cyprus teachers and presented to the partners by the next meeting, so the partners could test it; students will participate in each school by adding materials to this database; students will create companies during the second year of the project, in order to promote this IT program and will work in an international environment, exchanging ideas and competences, namely in eTwinning space. This topic will be addressed later during the meetings.

    - A timeline for the activities started to be settled:

    # This first meeting will be followed by a learning-teaching activity, in Cyprus, from 05/02 to 09/02/2018, with teachers and students from France and Portugal (4 from each country);

    # The second transnational meeting will be held in Portugal, from the 18/06 to 22/06/2018, with project coordinators and teachers involved

    #The second learning and teaching activity will be carried on in France, in October 2018 – dates to define

    #The third learning and teaching activity will be carried on in Portugal, in March 2019 – dates to define

    # finally, the third and final transnational meeting will happen in Cyprus in june 2019 – dates to define

    -The webpage will be managed by Portuguese teachers team. Some questions should be defined as the host server for the website. The website will be translated in four different languages (probably). The website must stay active at least 2 years after the end of the project.

    - Videos and photos of meetings and activities as well as newsletters will be managed by all 3 teams;

    -A glossary with basic and technical expressions for students to communicate and learn new languages will be completed by the 3 teams.

    - Account for the project must be created: Gmail by Mehdi, Twitter by Murièle, Instagram

    Commitment:

    For the second meeting in February 2018, Cyprus team will finish at least 80% of the IT program for presentation and testing; Portuguese team will present the scheme for the website, for discussion

    Portuguese team – Nilza – will send the dissemination Plan for the project, and will be responsible for organizing the report of the first meeting.

    Mehdi and Murièle must create the accounts.

    For the dissemination, each partner will be responsible for organizing activities in each country in order to promote the project among students inside the school, and among parents, teachers, Municipality, local news, etc.

    For the evaluation of the activities, each host partner will be in charge of treating the forms and presenting the results.

    17/10/2017 and 18/10/2017

    During the second day, Murièle presented and explained to the partners the eTwinning and the Twinspace for the devellopment of the activities. The partners started to enrol in the platform and explore it (how to register, how to invite and add members).

    It was also established the administrative and financial procedures for the project.

       In the afternoon, partners were invited to do a cultural visit to Versailles palace and its gardens, and on Wednesday18th went to visit Paris.

    19/10/2017

    The partners gathered at the Lycée Louis Blériot and discussed about the contents for the website and for the IT programm for tracking the assets in the partner schools. Kyriakos, from Cyprus, presented and detailed the IT program content to be settled.

    For the website, Portuguese team will be in charge of producing it and present it during the next meeting. Meanwhile, they will inform the partners about the best platform to be used.

    As one of the main goals of the project  is to reduce early school drop out by providing exciting activities to enroll the students, they will be involved in the application of the database in their schools and  creating mini-companies as a way of developing entrepreneurship and personal competences during the second year of the project.

    20/10/2017

    On the last day, partners agreed in the establishment of the evaluation documents and procedures, and them started to organise the details for the first learning/teaching training activity, to be held in Limassol – cyprus, from the 4th to 10th February 2018. Costas will organise the activities for the students and teachers involved for the 5 working days, as well as the logistics for accomodation, transport and food and inform the partners.

    Murièle has arranged the visit of a local newspaper reporter, and the project coordinator as well as the partners gave a small interview, about the project and its objectives.

    The coordinator summarised the project and reminded the interim activities/ tasks to be carried out, the deadlines, and delivered the documents for certification of the meeting of each country.

    All partners made an evaluation of the meeting and mentioned the very good organisation provided by the hosting partner, the good communication and the friendly atmosphere during the whole meeting.
