    1. Definition of the aim and features of the Project

    The project entitled “Track it, don’t lose it” runs from 01-09-2017 to 31-08-2019 and includes 3 vocational secondary schools as partners:

    • Lycée Louis Blériot – The French partner and coordinator of the project
    • C-Technical School Limassol – The Cypriot partner
    • Escola Profissional Cior – The Portuguese partner

    The partners engage themselves in a continuous cooperation agreement during the whole project cycle to disseminate the project.

    The partners agree to communicate with each other in a regular base, by e-mail, webconferences, chat on twinspace, facebook or other communication device, in order to be acquainted with the activities done in each school and reporting the progresses on the tasks to be achieved. A prompt communication will help the partners to correct some negative or unwilling situations immediately. The communication should happen regularly, on a coordination level, but also at the activities level, within the students and teachers involved in the project, inside each school and between participant schools.

    The aim of this dissemination strategy is to make the results of the project known and spread the knowledge acquired and produced during the project duration. It can serve as a model for those who implement a project in order to realise similar goals and who work in such field.

    2.The result of the project

    As the concrete result of the project is concerned, the partners will develop an IT program for asset management and maintenance for the schools involved; establish a program for the training of the students for the organization of simulation companies, to improve their habilities in entrepreneurship and business skills. By participating in the project, the schools will enhance innovation in education, motivate teachers and learners to use foreign languages, develop a sense of conscious European citizenship, respecting differences and value each other cultures.

    3.The levels of dissemination

    The dissemination will be done at different levels:

    1. Within the participating institutions, by informing the colleagues and professional staff who are not directly involved in the project implementation but attend or work in the institution;
    2. Among cooperating institutions at a local or regional level in each country, by presenting the activities of the project and its aims;
    3. At a national and European level, by creating a website of the project, a Facebook and twitter account, and a twinspace on e-twinning.

    4.Methods, channels and tools

    The communication will be established through different channels, using varied methods and tools:

    • Interpersonal relationships which make interaction and direct feedback possible;
    • E-mail exchange of information;
    • Local media (written and electronic press, radio and television) to disseminate the meetings held in each partner country and the activities of the project as well as the resulting reflections (at least one news in the newspaper or on the radio for each of the meetings);
    • E-twinning and twinspace to promote communication among partners in between project activities, and disseminate the activities and results achieved;
    • Website of the project to present the results and activities of the project;
    • Agreement on a common logo for the project and its dissemination activities.
    • Production of flyers/ brochures with the contents and aims of the project in each language of the partner country;
    • Presentation of the final results of the project on the European Project database.

    Any notice or publication concerning the project, including those given at a conference or seminar, must specify that the project has received EU funding.

    All partners agreed on reporting the dissemination activities to the coordinator in an ongoing base.

    1. Dissemination commitment

    All project partners will actively take part in dissemination activities. Tasks to be performed by each partner involved will be clearly defined and if necessary adjusted  in the different work phases so as to make the dissemination and communication strategy effective and valuable.

    1. Dissemination activities

    The dissemination activities carried on by the partners will be summed up in the next table, that will be continuously updated along the project duration.
