Hello everyone,

I am Hilal.I am from Samsun in Turkey.Samsun is a small coastal city in the north of Turkey.I teach English in a secondary school.My students are 10-14 years old.

My school is 30 Ağustos İmam Hatip Ortaokulu.It is a small but lovely one.My school has religion-based curriculum.I have been working here for two years.

The Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day in Turkey..

We celebrate this special day on 19th May,the day  symbolizes the start of Turkey's War of Independence.It is celebrated across the country with events organized for the youth.Folklore dances are also performed in the celebration.

This flag parade.....  

The flag is 1919 metres in length.This symbolizes the date of the day.I am under the flag too :-))
