6.Carmen Garcia Noguera, IES Gilabert de Centelles, Nules, Spain

  • .Hello I'm a teacher from Spain.

I work in a small town on the east coast of Valencia, south of Europe.

I teach students from 11 to 18 years in the high school of secondary education IES Gilabert de Centelles.

We are sharing this project so as to improve the students' English, their art and ICT skills and also in terms of culture, to get to know how Easter is

    celebrated in other European countries.

This is our school webpage: http://mestreacasa.gva.es/web/12005

And here I include some photos of our school

This is a music festival in which students from all the Valencian Community participated:

It was a great experience for our students!!

And this was a very special day: Disabled People's Day.

Our students felt in their own skin what a person with different disabilities goes through every day.

And this was the Day of Violence Against Women.

    It was really touching.

We were singing, reading a manifest against it and everybody was very moved

If you click on this link  you can see a sample of the show we do every year to raise money for different NGOs
