We’re three students from the secondary school IESO Quercus. We’re between 15 and 17 years old.  We’re the oldest students in this school. We live in a small neighborhood, El Encinar and after Secondary School we’ll have to go to Salamanca to High School.

 HOW IS A DAY IN EL ENCINAR?

-We get up at 8 o’clock and we have breakfast. We usually have Cola-Cao (chocolated milk) and biscuits for breakfast.

.

-Then,  we get dressed and at 8:30 am go to school  with friends.

-Lessons start at 8:45 am. Here you have our timetable

-When we finish the lessons at 2:40 pm  we go home for lunch.

-After lunch we do homework or spend time outdoors.  We do it at 4:30 pm

-We usually go back home at 8:00 pm and have dinner at 9:00pm

-Then, we watch TV, use our mobile, computer or read a book and we usually go to bed between 10:30 to 12:00pm.

 

HOW IS A FREE DAY IN EL ENCINAR

 

- We get up later than usual.

- We have lunch at 2:00pm

- We go outdoors with friends like always and we play football.

- We go home later and we have dinner at 9:00pm

- This day we watchTV until late and go to bed.

LOCAL FESTIVITIES

-In September we celebrate the Festivity of  "Nuestra Señora de la Encina"

-The 25th of January we celebrate "San Pablo"

It is a religious festivity.
