The meeting was held in Gaziantep in January 2022. The main goals were:
- to discuss the project management
- to clarify the evaluation of the project process and achieving project objective
- to set effective and efficient ways to implement the e-FLIP project
- to agree on a clear distribution of the project tasks (implementation, dissemination and evaluation etc) among all the partners
- to go through the time schedule of main project activities, mobilities and dead-line of the project outputs including intellectual ones
- to establish the means of dissemination of the project
- to supervise the set of indicators of achievement, both quantitative and qualitative
- to present the current practices of online education at each partner organizations (needs and good practices)
- to plan LTT 1
- to carry out study visits to observe the current online education practices in Turkey.
