Today we've just had our last Erasmus' activity, a easy-cooking workshop, to get ready to be more independent and to know how to prepare some nutritive and healthy meals. We went to the restaurant Alcrique, where Adrián taught us to prepare some bases to cook cremes and sauces. After that we prepared rice with mushrooms and chicken, courgette cream and chicken in Oporto. It was interesting to realise that it is easier than it seems.
