k. Spinning in the Budo 10 - 03 - 2017

  • Today,Friday 10th, we did a spinning class at Budo's gym. The spinning is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity... using a special bycicle. The class was so intense. At first it was so hard but then,i really like it. It requires a lot resistance but it's fun. The teacher was so kind and he motivated us a lot. Even though I was so tired,i hope to do it more.I had so much fun. Rita

    I got really tired but after, i felt better because I knew I had exercised myself. Telmo
