    1st September: Back to school

Whoop whoop, there it is! The start of the year has arrived,1 September.

The first year students are glad they’re finally allowed to go to secondary school. The kids of the second year are happy that they are no longer the youngest. And the rest is happy that they are only 1, 2, 3 or 4 years left from graduation. Just kidding, it’s fun at some times. The first day of school isn’t that exhausting as the rest of the school year. We put our diary in order and we review the class events.

    17-18 September: Levensloop

Levensloop, ‘Relay for Life’ is a charity event held to support people with cancer. It expresses solidarity with cancer patients and their families, because they can't 'stop' this terrible disease. so for 24 hour, your team needs to keep on moving in order to collect money to help the Foundation against cancer.

This year a student of ours, Yente, was diagnosed with cancer. In order to support him and his family in their daily fight, we engaged all of our students for this event.

Our school collected more than 7000 euro for the Belgian Foundation against cancer!
