International book Exhibition

The International Book Fair in Thessaloniki is by far one of the most important events in the country. It is an yearly event that has been going on for more than 10 years and is organized by the International Exhibition and Congress Center Helexpo  in Thessaloniki.The fair is organized in small stalls, each of which represents one different publisher and visitors can browse and explore the books before they buy them. The fair does not only features thousands of books but also has special events where invited speakers and literary figures give talks about their works.On top of that, within the framework of the fair, a lot of interactive events are organized in which visitors can participate. In the fair, there are also many official representatives from famous education institutes who can help visitors with information about their publications and institutions.
