About the Project                                          

This project is all about love, talking about it, reading and listening about it,  learning how to tell love stories and engaging students in the art of storytelling and sharing! 

We are interested in doing a bit of a more thorough work on the productive skills (speaking and writing) at B2.2 level throughout the art of telling stories and writing narratives, to consolidate structures but, at the same time, to enhance listening comprehension  and promote the habit of watching films and series in the original language working on Modern Love, a specific series which is based on real stories published on the New York Times column titled: Tiny Love Stories.

This series has 30 min episodes (ideal to work in class) and offers a wide array of interesting and modern perspectives on love. This series will be the perfect excuse and starting point for a more thorough work on narrative skills which will reach its highest point at the storytelling competition we will have between the participating groups and centres for the Catalan Festival of Sant Jordi in April 2022, which will give closure to the project, hopefully having experienced and heard all kinds of love stories.

Although we are mainly going to promote the use of the most productive skills, this is a tiny project which will allow us to work on the four skills, integrating content, vocabulary and grammar,  in a natural and meaningful way!
