More collaborative activities with online tools
Pay more attention to communication in English - conversation, because schools generally teach English grammar and vocabulary and that's all, especially in the 1st grade
More online meetings for our students to get to know each other more because they were shy than when they meet someone the first time.
Maybe we could focus on only one of the topics - either 3 R´s zero waste living, or The Way of Don Quixote, because for Slovak children, it was difficult to find a connection in these topics.Don Quixote is a literary figure for us in Slovakia, but in Manzanares he is a really real person who lived there. However, from a historical and geographical point of view, they have learned a lot of new things.
Work in a team - teachers. My personal experience - I worked on the project all by myself at school in Smolenice - Slovakia. One colleague helped me with the final online meeting with the project partner and only when translating into English if I had a problem. Therefore, I think that teamwork is the best solution for overall improvement, because we can divide tasks and be like a jigsaw puzzle. However, we will create each piece separately, but we will create a common big thing - a project.Therefore, some activities were more demanding for me, because I think more people can do more.
And my personal suggestion for improvement - to spread the idea of project activities among colleagues at school and find a good team. And go for it again.
