During the project, pupils conducted a study on the types of green energy. The projects focused more on the principles of the operation of solar and wind energy. The pupils presented their projects to the classmates. All agreed to go on a tour next year to companies that deal with the installation and production of solar batteries.

The theme of green energy was integrated into our traditional sports day activities. The challenge for students was to find green-energy sites. Those remotely that they weren't linked to green energy lost one point, but if found a pair that was related - gained 3 points.

In order to reduce electricity consumption at school, teachers had the opportunity to run teaching hours in the Green Class. The benefits of this opportunity were several - fresh air, solar heat, saved electricity, creative ideas and a joyous mind.

Children cooperated in groups on several occasions during the project. The challenge for students was to generate ideas about introducing future technology solutions to save energy. Students not only presented their jobs to classmates but also to junior classes. The ideas were unique, and I hope they could be realised by at least one of the pupils in the future.

There's a science group in the school. An out-of-class group has adapted a programme for this project to give students even more knowledge of the topics to which the project is examined. During classes, pupils go out in nature, perform studies and work in practice. The figure shows options for using wind energy.
