E.V.A. ERASMUS+ PROJECT: EUROPEAN VALUES AND ATTITUDES
TRANSNATIONAL VISIT TO MURCIA - SPAIN
Two teachers of each school visit us in Colegio Ntra. Sra. de la Fuensanta (JM) in Murcia in order to:
- Define the aims, objectives and methodology of our project.
- Define partner roles, responsibilities and tasks within the future project.
- Select dates for visiting our schools and prepare the activities our students are going to do in each visit.
- Vote our logo from a selection of ten best students logos brought by each country.
- Develop a work plan for the future project, including methods for monitoring, evaluation and dissemination.
Schedule for MURCIA Erasmus+ Visit
SUNDAY 15TH November 2015
Partner schools arrive at the hotel NH Amistad.
Turkey will arrive at Murcia Train Station at 23.15h.
Portugal will arrive at Alicante at 23.15h.
Austria will arrive at 15.45h at Alicante. Teachers can take a coach to Murcia at 17.15h arriving at 18.10h
Slovakia will arrive at Alicante at 15.45h. Teachers will take a coach to Murcia at 17.15h arriving at 18.10h
Staff evening Meal at Yaho Alta Restaurant at 20.00h, (opposite Amistad Hotel). Price: around 20€.
MONDAY 16TH
9.30 Jose will pick up Comenius Teachers at the hotel NH Amistad to walk to school (5 m.)
9.45 Erasmus+ Teachers arrive at school and are registered and visit the school.
10.05 -Welcome Message to Erasmus+ teachers.
-Power Point Presentation of our school.
-Presentation of this month Value: Freedom: Children Rights.
-Excellence Certificates for some students who are considered important members of our community for their Values, such as respect, help others and responsibility.
11.00-11.30 Break (coffee and biscuits) at the school library.
11.30-12.25 Revision of the schedule at the library and Guided tour of the school and the classrooms in small groups.
Presentation of the European Values and Attitudes to Erasmus+ Teachers at the School Library.
12.30-13.30 Lunch at school.
14.00-15.00 Erasmus+ Teachers Meeting at the School Library: Presentation of Cooperative Work and Multiple Intelligences.
Time on your own to rest and visit the city.
Staff evening Meal at Tagliatella restaurant. Price: around 20€. Everyone meets at the Hotel Amistad at 20.00h.
TUESDAY 17TH
8.30 Comenius Teachers arrive at school and are registered
8.45 Erasmus+ Teachers Meeting at the School Library:
-Mobilities Dates, Ages of students...
- Roles and Activities of the project partners.
- Ways of Cooperation and Communication among all the project partners.
- Students Communication.
-Evaluation of the project and Dissemination.
11.00-11.30 Break (coffee and biscuits) at the School Library.
11.30-12.25 Logo Voting.
12.30-13.30 Lunch at school.
Time on your own until 17.15h. Everyone meets at school.
17.30-18.00 Erasmus+ Teachers Power Point Presentation about their schools and towns to all teachers of JM school.
Staff evening Meal at La Peña Restaurant at 20.30h. Everyone meets at the Hotel Amistad at 20.00h.
Departure: Austria: Leave hotel in the evening to Alicante.
WEDNESDAY 18th
Departures:
Turkey: Leave hotel approx. 5.30h to Murcia Train Station at 6.10h to Madrid.
Portugal: Leave hotel approx. 16.00h to Alicante. Flight at: 18.35- Madrid Flight at 23.05
Slovakia: Leave hotel approx. 14.35h to Bus station for Alicante airport at 15.00h. Alicante Flight at: 17.40
