SCHEDULE FOR SPAIN ERASMUS EVA VISIT.
Partner schools arrive on Saturday and Sunday. 21 Students collected by host families at the hotel.
SATURDAY MAY 13TH :
TURKEY: MADRID 15.00h. Minivan RENTED BY THEM. ARRIVING AT 21.00h at school JM.
SUNDAY MAY 14TH : nH Amistad hotel.
SLOVAKIA: KRAKOW TO VALENCIA: 14.15h. MINIBUS WILL BE WAITING. IN MURCIA AROUND 18.30h.
PORTUGAL: LISBON TO MADRID 6.45, TRAIN: MADRID MURCIA 16.29, ARRIVING AT 20.48. HOTEL AROUND 21.10h.
AUSTRIA: WIEN ALICANTE (VIA AMSTERDAM) 14.15.16.10, 18.10.20.50H MINIBUS WILL BE WAITING IN ALICANTE. HOTEL AROUND 22.15h.
Monday 15th May
8.15 Erasmus students arrive. Erasmus students taken by the host students to the theatre room. Welcome in the Theatre room and explain the program.
9.00 Erasmus staff (teachers) arriving. Welcome in the Theatre room and explain the program for the week.
9.30-11.00 Welcome Ceremony and Europe Day Festival with students of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Secondary. Music students will sing and dance for Erasmus students and staff. (Cecilia Music Teacher).
Erasmus students show their power points about country, town and school.
11.00-11-30 Break.
11.30-13.20. Erasmus students have a cultural activity at the library: Respect the environment: (3Rs) Recycle, Reuse and Reduce. Students create a Poster in Cooperative groups of different nationalities.
13.00 Erasmus teachers go to have lunch at the school lunch room.
13.20-14.15 Erasmus students attend Spanish class at the library with María and Jessica.
14.15 Erasmus students home with host families.
14.30-16.00 Erasmus teachers go to the library for coordinators meeting.
Tuesday 16th May
8.15-9.10 Erasmus students arrive and are registered and taken to their classes with the host students for period 1.
9.00 Erasmus staff arrives.
9.10-13.00 Erasmus students and teachers depart JM school for the city, cathedral, Town Hall.
13.15 Erasmus teachers go to have lunch at the school lunch room.
13.15-14-15 Erasmus students go back to classes for last period.
14.15 Erasmus students home with host families.
14.30-16.00 Erasmus teachers go to computer room for final report.
18.45 Evening Meal with families at school.
Wednesday 17th May.
8.15-9.10 Erasmus students arrive and are registered and taken to their classes with the host students for period 1.
9.10-17.00 Erasmus/ host students and teachers depart JM School for planned visit to Tabarca Island. Bring swimming suits, towel and sun-tan.
Thursday 18th May.
8.15-9.10 Erasmus students arrive and are registered and taken to their classes with the host students for period 1.(Assembly)
9.10-11.00 Values Festival with the students of 1º y 2º ESO at the Theatre room. Erasmus students show Presentations about the Values worked at their school during this Project. Music students will sing and dance for Erasmus students and staff. (Cecilia Music Teacher).
11.00-11.30 Break. Erasmus Staff goes to the library for coffee.
11.30-12.25 Erasmus students have a cultural activity at the laboratory. (Juan Cánovas, Reyes). Students bring a white T-shirt for Values Activity to paint it.
12.25-14-30 Erasmus students prepare the Erasmus EVA Poster. (Benjamín)
11.30-13-00 Erasmus staff goes to the Computer Room for the final report.
13.00 Erasmus teachers go to have lunch at the school lunch room.
14.30 Erasmus teachers meeting at the computer. (if required)
14.15 Erasmus students home with host families.
Friday 19th May.
8.15-9.10 Erasmus students arrive and are registered and taken to their classes with the host students for period 1. Austrian Students will bring their luggage.
9.10h-11.00 Treasure Hunt of Values in the Computer Room. Students work a Values power point in TwinSpace Platform. Multiple Intelligences and Basic Competences. (In groups of different countries)
11.00-11.30 Break.
11.30-12.25 Erasmus Teachers and students meeting for self-evaluation of this visit and of the Project at the computer room.
12.25-2.15 Erasmus students go to Sporting activities about Values. (Jose Javier).
12.25.14.15 Erasmus teachers meeting at the computer room for the final evaluation.
12.30 Austrian students Departure. Flight from Alicante at 15.35h.
14.15 Erasmus students home with host families.
Saturday 20th May.
Erasmus teachers and students departures. Moment for tears!
