For 7 participants it was first experience in virtual mobility

The main motivation for taking part in this online training was professional development: To experiment and develop new practices and methods (75 %), To develop my own competences in my field and increase the relevance of my work (62%), To strengthen my skills in STEM teaching in the nature (56%)
-
All participants indicated they met their expectation and got new practices and ideas for STEM teaching, except 1 participant, who noticed: A face-to face meeting would be much more interesting.
-
Participants developed the following competences: IT skills 68%, Practical skills 62%, cooperation skills 62%.
-
Personal and professional development: I have learnt from good practices abroad (75%), I have improved knowledge in my professional area (62%).
-
Impact to school: Will lead to the use of new methods/approaches/good practices at my school (87%),Will lead to better motivation of students (75%)
-
The open question, if there is something what should be changed. 2 answers: I would like the next mobility to be in person instead of virtual. It was not really like mobility I was waiting for- because it was more or less just presenting presentations and reading lot of information on the screen- nothing practical, too long breaks for that short time. I would make more practical lessons or workshops and hands-on experience. I would prefer just one long break and some shorter breaks.
-
Evaluation of activities program 75% excellent, 18% very good
-
Evaluation of moderators and facilitators 69% excellent, 25% very good (positive and professional)
-
There are several issues what teachers would like to learn more: about the education system in other countries; How to organized interesting chemistry classes in nature.
