      1. if you have vocational students encourage them to take one from their field of studies
      2. job offers should be in English
      3. jobs offered should be in another country (i.e. the EU)

        •  requirements (qualifications needed, work experience akes for etc)
        • desired skills (language skills, professional skills, social skills needed)
        • tasks and duties (what you’ll have to do)
    3. preparing the documents for a job interview
      1. preparation of a cover letter and CV or a personal brand
    4. preparing for the interview
      1. practising with the help of common interview questions
      2. help less confident students by choosing a couple of questions prior to the interview
        • they can prepare answers and practise pronunciation and speaking freely
    5. the interview
      1. organise a spacious room
      2. organise a separate room for preparation and reflection
      3. the procedure (*CEO doesn’t need to be a teacher, only in assessment

    P4: prepare or reflect on your performance

    1. have a timetable ready
      1. students fill in their names in rotating positions in the different time slots provided by the teacher/organiser of the interview

     

    1. start with the first combination
      1. the first applicant, CEO, interviewer and observer take a seat and conduct the interview
      2. the person on position 4 goes into the preparation room
      3. the applicant hands his documents to the interviewer and CEO, they ask questions on the basis of the documents
      4. if a special needs student prepared specific questions it is necessary that he or she hands his or her selection of prepared questions to the interviewing party, too
      5. after the interview there should be 5 minutes time for reflection and feedback on the basis of the observation sheet and everyone’s impression
      6. additionally a “hired” or “try again” post it can be issued to the applicants
