Here are our rules and directions to follow in order to preserve our students safety and privacy on the Internet and on the TwinSpace. Please read them carefully and follow them:

Our project is concerned about our students privacy and data protection.

Teachers should ask the families at the beginning of the project for permission in order to be able to share their images in pictures and videos and for the rest of materials created in this project.

Each teacher will decide the level of exposure of their students on the TwinSpace.

Each teacher will register their students on the TwinSpace at the beginning of the project taking into account protection data in names, passwords and other information in order to protect their privacy and personal data.

Passwords will be under the teacher control to have them back at any time needed.

Students will create their TwinSpace profile using an avatar-image and a brief description on the TwinSpace Forum without revealing any personal important information about their private lives. Real photos are not permitted on their profiles.

On the project diary teachers will write about the activities that are being done. Each teacher will decide with their students what to write on this section of the TwinSpace and what to share, taking into account that this section is public and clear images of the students shouldn't be permitted.

As this year, due to the pandemic situation, our students are wearing face masks, it will be fine if their images are shown with their masks on, as their image will be hidden and protected.

To upload images, vidoes and documents, you should go to the Materials section on the TwinSpace. These images and documents can be added on the pages when pages are edited. It should be convenient if each member of the project organised their own materials in folders.

The pages on the TwinSpace where the images of our students can be seen will be private, while others will keep public.

The videos on Youtube with the image of our students will keep private once they have been uploaded on the TwinSpace.
