Following the completion of our project, we created a project evaluation form via google forms. The questions were aimed to all students in the hopes of identifying the strengths and areas for improvement of the project.

It is clear the students enjoyed this project. Most students had completed a project before but forf a considerable amount (40%) of respondents this was the first time. We are very pleased that this was an enjoyable experience for them. The vast majority of students, 63 out of 65 scored the project at least 6 out of 10. 45 out of 65 students gave it a score of at least 8 out fo 10. This is great news and we are very pleased.

The most commonly voted favourite activities involved communication. The live conferences were a favourite of our students and wish more could be done. Another very popular activity was the interviews with scientists. Students really enjoy the communication aspect of this project. Therefore, in the future, we hope to extend this project in the coming years, we will make sure to include more of such interactive activities.

As a first project we are very proud with the outcomes. It was a very challening year with school closures occuring multiple times but we managed to complete a successful project.
