    This is the ebook prepared by Italian students starting from the files and the results shared with partners.

    Here you can find the comments and further contributions to their job by students of the other partner schools and the discussion about the results of these statistics.

     

    3rd step - Analyse the results of the questionnaire.

    In the same previous food groups, you will discuss the results of the questionnaire. Make some nice graphs, calculate averages, ... compare the global result with that of the different countries.

    Look on the internet for further information, or other data. Illustrate your conclusions with pictures, ... At the end you post a recommendation, advise, ... to all teenagers.

    Here you can find the environment where each group of students can work: you have a folder to share files and to organize your presentation. In the folder you have a copy of the spreadsheet with the results of the survey. Remember that each group has to produce a document with the graphs and the results of your inquiry and discussion.

    2nd step - Food statistics and world problems connected with food

    This second activity is aimed to get some data about your eating habits, to prepare some statistics about the habits of the students of the involved schools and to widen the perspective learning. Which are the healthier eating habits, the harmonies, disharmonies connected with food,...

    From the groups tasks we obtained many questions and prepared a survey. Please, answer to all the questions, so you can go on with the elaboration of the results!

    1st step - Food traditions and Maths

    The main goal of this activity is to share food traditions and learn about other cultures, parallel to this we'll learn that Maths is involved, for example within the recipes you use when you prepare food.
