LEARNING, TEACHING AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES

A list that requires the skills and qualities participants should have with particular focus on the projected tasks will be designed by the project
coordinators. Participants who have the required skills and qualities should have priority. Participants’ interest and willingness to peer work will be given precedence.
For the selection process, we will keep a level of gender equality giving same opportunities to out male and female participants. Participants will be
asked to write a motivational letter, they will be interviewed to determine their ability to perform the project tasks. A tutor teachers reference will be asked for to verify the quality of the participants’ work performance.
PREPARATION

The working agenda will be discussed before hand and partners will be informed about the approach that is going to be used for reaching the
objectives of each visit. The host partner will offer all the necessary information so as guest partners can prepare their participants for the mobility. In each partner school will be organized sessions to prepare Participants from a cultural point.

SUPPORT
The accompanying persons and students will stay in contact with the project responsible all the time during the mobility to ensure they feel secure
and motivated to carry on the project.

At a national level, a whatsapp group will be created before each mobility for all participants to inform them in real time, encourage communication
and feeling of belonging to a group.

At the partnership level, a whatsapp group will be created for all teachers attending the project meeting to avoid any kind of confusion about the
programme, share photos and stay all the time in touch with the whole group.

Host partner will ensure the material support for the project activities, organize activities in safe conditions and delegate a teacher/ guest partner
school to be responsible for offering information and to make each group feel that they are taking care of.

Host partner will send invitations to all partners and programme to support them in the process of getting permission for travelling or visas.

This partner will also recommend hotels and try to get group discount where possible. Partners will be assisted when planning their trip and helped to
choose most convenient way of travelling.

SAFETY
All partners will get travelling health insurance and make a list with the phone numbers of their embassies or consulates located in the country they
visit.
