    The target groups to which our project is addressed are:

    -570 students (12-14 years old)

    -110 teachers

    -80 students and 44 teachers from all partner schools will directly attend the project mobilities

    -15 school staff (librarian, accountant, psychologist/ school counselor)

    -120 families

    -50 representatives of the local communities

    Head teacher, project contact person and language teacher will form the implementation project team in all partner institutions. They will create the call for recruiting participants and make it public at the institution level.

    The project is open to all school staff and students. The aspects that will be considered during the selection process are participants’ motivation to join the project, interest in the topic and contribution.

    All interested participants will be asked to submit a motivational letter and will be interviewed. It is important for all participants to join local activities as well. Teachers should be willing to organize activities at the project club and integrate project into teaching.

    To foster a feeling of belonging to a community, partners will gather teachers and students who form the project team under a project club umbrella. Part of the club activities is to create project materials (logo, presentations, etc.), arrange the Erasmus+ corners, install monitors and organize dissemination activities. There will be also organized non-formal activities to encourage participants to use English in real life contexts, as English is the common working language. The school psychologists will observe and monitor students’ behavior during activities. As the project topic and results will be integrated into teaching, more students will benefit of the present project. Parents and representatives parents associations will be informed about the project during monthly parents meetings, school ceremonies and via social media. They will be invited to attend the welcoming ceremony, help for organizing local cultural activities during the hosting meeting. Around 100 families will indirectly beneficiate of the project. Representatives of the City hall, stakeholders, educational institutions, school inspectorates, NGOs and mass media will be invited to participate to local dissemination events and project activities.
