WHAT CAN YOU SEE FROM YOUR WINDOW AT THE TIME OF CORONA?

    March 23-03-2020

Dear Students this is a very hard time for we all! But we have to stay strong and think that everything will be fine soon!

So... it's time to share our feelings and emotions!

The padlet "WHAT CAN YOU SEE FROM YOUR WINDOW" is a way to tell your friends about how you are dealing with the situation, which are your feelings these days and what you miss most!!!

Take a photo of what you can see from your window, post it in the padlet below and comment about it!

Please, write your name and the city-country.

If you click on the icon on the top right, you can make the Padlet bigger.

A LETTER CONCERNING THE COVID-19 CRISIS

     Santander, 28th march, 2020

    Dear partners,

First of all, I wish you are fine.
We are living harrowing moments and we are really concerned about the global situation and about our lives. We have to follow experts´recommendations, stay at home and stay strong.

In Spain schools are closed and we´re having online lessons. Teachers will try to guide students untill the schoolyear is finished, next June, although it´s not easy because we were not ready for that.

Now the topic of our first part of the project, Digital Inclusion, has become relevant and urgent. We´ll learn if it´s possible for all our students to keep in touch with teachers and to be able to continue their lessons and their education. Digital education is our challenge now. Personally, I´ll do my best although I think that education has a very important personal face-to-face dimension.

As for our project, Unity in Diversity, we´ll have to decide, when circumstances get better, the dates for the next 2 mobilities, to Spain and to Italy.

At this moment our project is not a priority but we should keep on with our great job done so far.
The video we created collaboratively in Southwark College about Digital Inclusion, last february, is just excellent and it´s totally in the current context. I´d like to thank Araceli and her students for their excellent job with this activity.

We can postpone some planned activities, such as the survey about digital technology and resources in our schools, untill students are back to school.
But I´d like to encourage everyone to maintain the spirit of the project and keep energy to continue our work when circumstances get better.

I send to you my support and love,
