  • MODULE 1 – GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER

    In the 1st Module of the project students of the participant countries introduce themselves to their partners through filling in the Proust Questionnaire, recording short clips/videos, or making posters with their hobbies, likes, aspirations, etc. and uploading them on Twinspace.

    Moreover, students of each institution work in groups and present their school either through photos, videos or power-point presentations.

    Students of participant schools exchange ideas and comment on each other’s work in the forum and through the 1st Skype session.

    The goal of the first module is for the students to get to know each other while practising language areas that have to do with personality traits and qualities, likes/dislikes.

    ICT tools: Magisto, Windows Movie Maker, Animoto.

    ASSIGNMENT NO 1

     

    eTwinning Introductory Videos

     

    This project challenges you to create your own short video (2—5min duration). The goal and purpose of this assignment is to provide a short video piece that will introduce each group member in detail as it relates to his or her personal interests and goals in life, hobbies, likes and dislikes, and any additional detail that would best inform the eTwinning students\partners about who you are.

     

    Topics to include with individual introductions could be:

    1. Who are you? Your likes and dislikes.

    2. Your family and friends?

    3. The activities, hobbies, sports, etc. you do in your free time.

    4. Your personal goals for this year\the future

    5.What are your expectations when it comes to eTwinning project we will be working on

    General Criteria:

    1.You may work on your own or in a group of a maximum of 3

    2. Each  video should be no more than five minutes in length, but should not be shorter than two minutes.

    3.Each video must include a group introduction at the beginning with all members.

    4. Record the video using your computer's webcam, your phone,or whatever you have.

    5.Send your video to barbara.anna.zielonka@gmail.com or if your file is really big, use the following website https://www.wetransfer.com/

    6.Choose software you feel confident about (please look below; you may also use other programmes you have used before)

    7. Content of video is age-appropriate, accurate, and non-biased (it would also help if the video is interesting and funny for the eTwinning partners in another country who will be watching this video of your).
