    Many restaurants and bars sell traditional "home" food but we will sell takeaway healthy home food from a truck. We will drive to places where people don't go to restaurant or where it is too far to go to the city centre. Our food will be different, not typical fast food. It will be healthy and fresh, like at home.

    This is our business plan in Polish. We are going to translate it and we will work on it together in our international group.

    We propose as a menue :celery soup,duck and tiramisu oreo

    Tiramisu in glasses for Oreo

    Ingredients    4 eggs

        + 50 g sugar 1 sachet vanilla sugar

        250g mascarpone

        20 Oreo cookies

    Preparation Tiramisu in glasses for Oreo

    1) Separate the whites from the yolks in 2 containers. Pour the sugar + vanilla sugar into the yolks and whisk the mixture until frothy and add the mascarpone gradually, stir.

    2) Beat the whites until stiff.

    3) Add the whites to the mixture of mascarpone.

    4) Keep 4 Oreo cookies for decoration and mix the others

    5) Into the glasses, first put a layer of Oreo, then cover with the mixture of mascarpone, put a layer of Oreo and again the mixture

    6 Put the 4 Oreo in the center and sprinkle with Oreo mixed.


    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours

    I propose this recipe for a dessert:


    Chocolate donut recipe

    Wheat flour: 700 g

    Baker's yeast: 20 g

    Egg (s): 2 Room (s)

    Sweet butter: 80 g

    Granulated sugar: 40 g

    Skim milk 1/2: 15 cl

    Water: 14 cl

    Table salt: 1 pinch (s)

                    Dark chocolate: 100 g

    Full cream: 15 cl

    Frying oil: 50 cl



    For the filling:


    Place the chocolate cut into pieces in a bowl.

    Boil the cream in a saucepan and pour over the chocolate. Mix gradually until a homogeneous preparation.

    Cool to room temperature, but must remain creamy chocolate!

    • 2To donuts:


    In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and sugar. Make a well in center and pour liquids, crumbled yeast and eggs (you can also pre-dissolve the yeast in water or warm milk). Mixing with a spatula until a homogeneous dough ball. Knead several minutes until dough becomes smooth and elastic, add the butter at room temperature. Cover with a clean cloth and let rise at room temperature 1:30.


    Pour the dough on a lightly floured surface, flatten with the palm of the hand and gently spread it with the rolling pin to a thickness of about 1cm.


    Heat oil: a small piece of dough in it must immediately dive back without browning too quickly. Fry the donuts 3 or 4 at a time depending on the size of the fryer as soon as they are golden on one side, turn them to cook the other side. Before serving, sprinkle with sugar and chocolate stuff them with a pastry bag.

    - 200g semolina
    - Sugar 80g
    - Natural yoghurt 180g
    - 0.05 liter of corn oil
    - 1/2 teaspoon yeast
    - 1 / 2cuillére coffee vanilla powder
    - 0.05 liter of rose water
    - 80g almonds
                                       For the syrup
    sugar-0.1litre water 80g -1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
    Mix the semolina and oil. Add all ingredients except almonds Admixture well. Place the dough in a rectangular pan previously lined with a sheet of baking paper. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour (the cake should be golden brown)
