Al principio de curso, antes de comenzar con el proyecto eTwinning, se envía una circular a todas las familias del alumnado participante, con la finalidad de explicarles qué es un proyecto eTwinning, qué socios, centros vamos a trabajar juntos, los temas a tratar, etc. Además, esta circular recoge la autorización de las familias para que podamos hacer uso didáctico de fotografías y vídeos que puedan realizarse a lo largo del proyecto.

Esta circular se enmarca en los objetivos que recoge el Plan General de Centro en el que la digitalización del centro (Programa 1:1 del Gobierno de Navarra, en el que cada alumno/a del Centro tiene un chromebook), es uno de los pilares principales.
A lo largo del curso escolar el profesorado asiste a diferentes formaciones relacionadas con metodologías activas, el uso del chromebook, la seguridad de la red y las netiquetas. Asimismo, el alumnado de secundaria participa en charlas sobre "La seguridad en la red y los peligros de Internet", realizado por Policía Foral.

At the beginning of the school year, before the start of the eTwinning project, a circular is sent to all the families of the participating pupils to explain what an eTwinning project is, which partners, schools we will be working with, the topics to be covered, etc. In addition, this circular contains the families' authorisation for us to make didactic use of photographs and videos that may be taken throughout the project.
This circular is in line with the objectives set out in the General Plan for Schools, in which the digitalisation of the school (1:1 Programme of the Government of Navarra, in which each student in the school has a chromebook) is one of the main pillars.
Throughout the school year, teachers attend different training courses related to active methodologies, the use of chromebook, network security and netiquettes. Likewise, secondary school students participate in talks on "Safety on the Net and the dangers of the Internet", given by the Regional Police.

Todos los padres de alumnos han cumplimentado una autorización para que sus hijos puedan participar en proyectos eTwinning, a publicar imágenes de sus hijos con fines educativos (mostrando sus actividades en proyectos de este tipo o en actividades extraescolares o coplementarias).
Igualmente, una de los puntos que más hincapié se hace en la asignatura es el correcto uso de las herramientas digitales o la correcta actitud en RRSS. Es también tema importante a trabajar a nivel de centro desde el Dpro de Orientación y las tutorías.

All parents of pupils have completed an authorisation for their children to participate in eTwinning projects, to publish images of their children for educational purposes (showing their activities in such projects or in extra-curricular or co-curricular activities).
Likewise, one of the points that is most emphasized in the subject is the correct use of digital tools or the correct attitude in RRSS. It is also an important subject to work on at school level from the Dpro of Orientation and the tutorials.

Además, en nuestra página web (enlace) podemos encontrar los documentos que sirven de marco para el respeto de los derechos y deberes de los alumnos, especialmente el Plan de Convivencia, actualizado en 2017.
A nivel curricular, la Seguridad en Internet es objeto específico de la mayor parte de las materias que se imparten en el currículo, especialmente en el de Tecnología, asignatura que es cursada por los alumnos desde edades tempranas (2º de ESO) y cuyos contenidos son retomados en cursos superiores.
Desde el momento en que decidimos postularnos como eTwinning School, galardón que hemos recibido en dos ocasiones, realizamos una recopilación de documentos que nos sirven de guía para la seguridad en el uso de Internet. Dichos documentos se pueden consultar en nuestra sección dedicada a eTwinning:

Cuando emprendemos la aventura de desarrrollar un proyecto eTwinning, informamos a las familias, solicitándoles su firma plasmada en un documento de autorización para que los alumnos puedan implicarse en los procesos educativos que las actividades suponen y los tutores legales manifiesten expresamente su conformidad con el tratamiento de imágenes en las que aparezcan sus hijos e hijas. On a curricular level, Internet Safety is the specific object of most of the subjects taught in the curriculum, especially in Technology, a subject that is studied by students from an early age (2nd of ESO) and whose contents are taken up again in higher courses.
From the moment we decided to apply as an eTwinning School, an award we have received on two occasions, we compiled a collection of documents that serve as a guide for the safe use of the Internet. These documents are available in our eTwinning section:

When we embark on the adventure of developing an eTwinning project, we inform the families, asking them to sign a document authorising them to become involved in the educational processes that the activities involve and the legal guardians to expressly agree to the processing of images in which their children appear. En el centro se trabaja la Seguridad en la Red a distintos niveles, desde la asignatura de Informática principalmente, pero también a nivel de otras asignaturas. De hecho, el Día de Internet Segura (11 de febrero) se trabajó la ciberseguridad en ESO mediante la página de INCIBE (https://cyberscouts.osi.es/) tanto a nivel de alumno como de profesor, así como en Bachillerato con la presentación de distintas actividades (https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1skt2TB_I2Ronq4EYOZsbf8LUt9HYqqBLkCeUD--vYz0/edit?usp=sharing). Estas actividades fueron compartidas en la página web del instituto (https://sites.google.com/a/etxebarribhi.org/ataria/hasiera2/internetseguruarenegunadiadeinternetsegura) así como anunciadas con distintos carteles por los pasillos del centro.
Además, somos un centro con NIVEL AVANZADO DE MADUREZ TIC (http://www.hezkuntza.ejgv.euskadi.eus/r43-573/es/contenidos/informacion/dig_publicaciones_innovacion/es_tecnolog/adjuntos/20_ikt_400/400003c_Pub_EJ_Madurez_TIC_c.pdf) que además de implicar que las TIC forman parte de todo el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de una forma natural, éstas se usan de una forma segura y responsable.

En cuanto a la protección de derechos de imagen, desde el inicio de curso se les pasa a los padres una autorización, mediante la plataforma INIKA (https://etxebarri.inika.net/Einika/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fEinika) con la cual nos comunicamos con las familias, para que firmen si la imagen de su hijo puede aparecer en actividades en las que participe a nivel de alumno del centro. Si no se permite, se protege la imagen de dicho alumno y si se permite, el alumno aparece exclusivamente en actividades del centro y de manera que su imagen no se vea vulnerada. Además, en el caso de los proyectos eTwinning, los padres son informados mediante la misma App (INIKA) de que sus hijos van a participar y se les facilita un usuario visitante para que puedan seguir el desarrollo del mismo.

In the centre we work on Network Security at different levels, mainly from the subject of Computer Science, but also at the level of other subjects. In fact, on Safer Internet Day (11 February), cyber-security was worked on in ESO through the INCIBE website (https://cyberscouts.osi.es/) at both student and teacher level, as well as in Bachillerato with the presentation of different activities (https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1skt2TB_I2Ronq4EYOZsbf8LUt9HYqqBLkCeUD--vYz0/edit?usp=sharing). Regarding the protection of image rights, from the beginning of the school year, parents are given an authorization through the INIKA platform (https://etxebarri.inika.net/Einika/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fEinika) with which we communicate with families, so that they can sign if their child's image can appear in activities in which they participate at the school's student level. If it is not allowed, the image of the student is protected and if it is allowed, the student appears exclusively in activities of the centre and in such a way that his image is not violated. In addition, in the case of eTwinning projects, parents are informed through the same App (INIKA) that their children are going to participate and are given a visiting user so that they can follow the development of the project.

En nuestro instituto de Grombalia e-Safety es un tema muy importante y bien trabajado. Varias asignaturas: Informática, idiomas, etc... tratan la seguridad en línea y el buen uso de Internet. Los profesores, los estudiantes y la administración organizan y participan en conferencias y jornadas regionales, nacionales e internacionales sobre la seguridad en Internet. También nuestra escuela es un eTwinning School y ha recibido el Label de eTwinning School por segunda vez. Esto es una prueba de que tenemos una buena estrategia de seguridad en nuestra escuela.
En cuanto a la protección de los Derechos de imagen de los alumnos, los padres de los alumnos que participan en el proyecto sÜRreÂLíST han acordado y firmado una autorización a principios de año que permite el uso de las imágenes y los vídeos de sus hijos en todos los aspectos del proyecto: actividades, difusión, etc.
Los padres también están satisfechos con el impacto del proyecto en sus hijos.

In our school of Grombalia e-Safety is a very important and well worked issue. Several subjects: Computer science, languages, etc... deal with online safety and good use of the Internet. Teachers, students and administration organize and participate in regional, national and international conferences and workshops on Internet safety. Our school is also an eTwinning school and has received the eTwinning School Label for the second time. This is proof that we have a good safety strategy in our school.
Regarding the protection of pupils' image rights, parents of pupils participating in the sÜRreÂLíST project have agreed and signed a permission slip at the beginning of the year which allows the use of their children's images and videos in all aspects of the project: activities, dissemination, etc.
Parents are also satisfied with the impact of the project on their children.

En nuestro instituto existen documentos que prescriben el uso correcto de las TICs y la seguridad en Internet. Dichos documentos son obligatorios para todos los institutos de Bulgaria. Aplicamos las prescripciones en el trabajo por proyectos.
Alumnos y padres firman una declaración antes de integrarse en cualquier proyecto donde confirman que están informados y dan su permiso para manejar los datos de alumnos (nombes, imágenes que ellos proporcionan) a lo largo del proyecto).

In our institute there are documents that prescribe the correct use of ICTs and security on the Internet. These documents are compulsory for all institutes in Bulgaria. We apply the prescriptions in the project work.
Students and parents sign a declaration before joining any project where they confirm that they are informed and give their permission to handle the students' data (names, pictures they provide) throughout the project).

En el ámbito escolar se está trabajando de manera intensa para concienciar a los menores sobre los peligros ligados al uso de Internet y, particularmente, de las fotos que se pueden publicar.
En el colegio #9 de Oleksandria, Ucrania, entre la documentación principal está uno que prescribe el uso de las TICs y la Seguridad en Internet. Los profesores que trabajan en los proyecto se basan en los puntos principales de este documento. El documento está firmado por los padres y alumnos y de este modo confirman que dan su permiso para manejar los datos de alumnos (nombres, fotos etc).

In the school environment, intensive work is being done to make children aware of the dangers linked to the use of the Internet and, in particular, of the photos that can be published.
In school #9 in Oleksandria, Ukraine, among the main documentation is one prescribing the use of ICT and Internet Safety. The teachers working on the projects are based on the main points of this document. The document is signed by the parents and pupils and in this way they confirm that they give their permission to handle pupil data (names, photos etc).
