Turquel School Center

  • On the 27th of February, the Erasmus + KA229 Friendly Robotics for a Future Green World project took place during the open days of the Turquel School Center.

The students at our school organized an activity for pre-school students. The activity consisted of transforming one of the students into a robot that followed instructions given by another. The theme was recycling and students, in pairs, had to be able to lead the "robot" to the correct eco-point.

Then, teacher Samuel Branco gave a presentation on robotics to students in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades. The notions of robotics and robots were discussed with the students. 3 projects were presented: control of the environment of a house, greenhouse of the future and Protect the bees.

The students at the Turquel School Center participated in the activities with great commitment and interest.
