The day started with visiting the Faculty of Engineering of Rezekne Academy of Technologies (RTA), which is the founder of Eastern Latvia Technology high school. Participants had a look into Academy’s labs, library, mechatronics and robotics labs and auditoriums and a laser technology center, where they had  several  workshops.

Meanwhile students and teachers from Greece, Portugal and Poland were offered to participate  in online Tinkercad workshop. They learned about the basic principles for the work with tinkercad and created their own robots within this programme.

In th second part of the day participants had Lego mindstorms EV3. They worked with ultrasonic sensors in sumo robots and afterwards participated the competition with  the robots they had constructed.

 In the evening everyone was invited to visit Embassy of Latgale “Gors”, which is the cultural centre of Latgale and has one of the most modern concert halls in the Baltics. Students and teachers were able to have a look into the backstage and stand on the real stage.
