The progress of the project

  • This project will start in middel of week 34 - 2019.

    1. The project will start with an introduction to the exercise program. This will be a combination of text, pictures and video.
    2. If there is to be a messured effect in thei childrens everyday life, the exercises are to be done every school-day from the beginning of the program to the end in week 41-2019.
      • There will be no test of the students before, durring or after the project.
      • The effect of the training of the children/students core and neck muscles should be easily seen in their ability to do each exercise more stable.
    3. Durring the project you can read about ultra-triathlete Kristin Stengaard and her achievements and future goals - and the importance of perseverance if you want to succed in sports.
    4. Durring this project there will be a question-session with Kristin Stengaard. At this point the participating children/students can write down questions for Kristin and she will answer. 
    5. This project runs in an 8 week period durring this time there will be added some new exercises. You can choose to do replace the new exercises with the old ones, or you can choose to just do the first ones.
    6. When the project ends there will be an anonymous questionform where you will evaluate with you class.
