Short description:
In this project your class will follow a short exercise program that takes about 5-10 minutes a day to do.
You and your class will have to follow the program every school day from week 34 to week 41. The exercise program is made by a physiotherapist and is designed to help the pupils with their core and neck muscles.
During the 8 weeks of the program there will along the way be added new steps to the training program (like step 1, step 2 ect.) You can choose to go from step 1 to 2 or just stay at step 1 all the time.
In the project we collaborate with the ultra-triathlete Kristin Stengård. Kristin Stengård just became the world’s third best ultra-triathlete. Kristin Stengård will tell about the importance of persistence in reaching her goals, and that there is a superman inside us all.
