Preparations

  • After finding out our project idea had been accepted and the grant approved, we started planning our mobilities and activities.

    The head teacher Edina Operta, our school accountant Natalija Varga and the project coordinator Darija Klepec attended the kick-off meeting organized by AMPEAU at Europski dom Zagreb on 12th July, 2018.

    Short language and ICT courses were held for the members of the project.

    We prepared and signed the GDPR forms, mobility agreements and quality commitments.

    Our project team meetings were held usually twice a month. We discussed imortant issues, shared experiences after mobilities, prepared presentations, posters of our school/ town /country for our mobilities.

    The project coordinator communicated all the information needed to the course providers and organized the transport details.
