    She is the first female lawyer in our history. He is also the father of a law professor at Yassiada, the advocate of his father, the founder of the Association of Dissemination of Free Ideas, the founder of the Friends of Children Association. He is a member of the International Commission of Lawyers. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the International Bar Association. She is also a women's rights advocate.

    The first female nurse was Esma Deniz. He graduated from the American Hospital School of Nursing in 1924 and attended Teachres Colege, Columbia University, New York, USA. He graduated in 1929 and stayed in the USA for 1 year. Then turning to nursing has continued its mission to Turkey. He worked as a nurse for 73 years and passed away at the age of 95.
    He is one of the founders of the Turkish Nursing Association, which was opened in 1943. He served as its president for 18 years. He also represented Turkish nurses in the International Nurses Association. Turkey has the title of Community Health Nurse. He took part in the organization of Kizilay Private Nursing High School. He also contributed to the establishment of the Florence Nightingale School of Nursing.

    Turkey is known as the first female sculptor.
    Sabiha Ziya was born in İstanbul in 1904.
    In 1920, he began studying fine arts in the Painting Department and the Sculpture Department of Istanbul Academy of Fine Arts . In 1924, she won a state scholarship to study in the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, Italy, where she was in the workshop of Ermenegildo Luppi Later.She died in Ankara on 2 October 1992.In 1938, she won the first prize in two competitions for sculptures about Mustafa Kemal Atatürk , founder of modern Turkey, and İsmet İnönü , general and statesman. She was also the assistant of Pietro Canonica in the creation Monument of the Republic erected in Taksim Square, İstanbul in 1928.

    Suna Kan was born on October 21, 1936 in Adana.
    Her father, Nuri Kan, is a viola artist of the Presidential Symphony Orchestra.
    Suna Kan, who continued his violin lessons together with his education in the future, won the Ankara State Conservatory exams and advanced his basic violin education with Izzet Nezih Albayrak and Gilbert Back, which he started with Austrian educator Walter Gerhardt.
    Kan, who gave his first recital at the age of 10 by playing Mozart's 5th symphony in the concert hall of the Ankara State Conservatory, was called "The Great Boy" by the important names of the era.

    Neslihan Demir Güler, is one of the most successful Turkish athletes.


    She began her career with Yeşilyurt, VakıfBank Türk Telekom and Spar Tenerife Marichal.

    She has been playing for Eczacibasi Sport Club since the 2010-2011 season, winning the 2015 CEV Champions League and Club World Championship. She was also named Best Spiker during the 2013–14 CEV Champions League Final Four.

    At age 19, Güler was the leading player in the Turkish team that won the silver medal at the 2003 European Championship in Turkey, making her a star in her home country. In 2007/08, she took a break from volleyball to become a mother.

    During the London 2012 Olympics she was selected to be the flag bearer of her home country.

    Fatma Refet Angin was the first high school teacher of Turkey. She was awarded Turkey's Teacher of the Year title in 1981.She was born on March 18th, 1915. Her mother is Halime. Her father Hafız Şerif, was one of the Turkish nationalists. She chose teaching as her profession. Atatürk's visit to her school in 1928, she spoke to Atatürk saying, she intends to be a school teacher. Upon Atatürk's suggestion, she chose the History branch. In 1936, she graduated from Gazi Institute for Education in Ankara, current Gazi University, as a History teacher. After serving in various high schools, she was appointed as the school principal in Antakya high school..In 1981, she became his first award is the "Teacher of the Year" title. In 2006, she was awarded honorary doctorate degree by Yıldız Technical University. Fatma Refet Angin later then died on, January 30th, 2010 in İstanbul

    İdil Biret is a world-renowned and highly talented pianist. She started to show interest in piano at the age of 3. She is the the Republic of Turkey Artist.İdil Biret had an intensive interest in music throughout her life. She worked with Alfred Cortot and Wilhelm Kempff. Despite she did not participate in any piano competition, at the age of 16, she worked with the world's largest orchestras such as Boston Symphony, Leningrad Philharmonic, London Symphony, and Dresden Philharmonic. İdil Biret Concerts became very popular and Biret gave almost 2000 concerts all around the world. Also, she has been a jury member of many piano competitions in USA, Belgium, Italy and Germany. There are 120 records of her in America and Europe.

    Theater and cinema actress, director (b. 11th October 1928 in Istanbul- d. 11 November 2019, Istanbul). Her original name is Ayşe Yıldız. The theater player Müşfik Kenter is her brother and Şükran Güngör, who is also a theater player, is her husband. She grew up in a wealthy family environment where books are read and music is listened frequently.

    Duygu Asena (April 19, 1946 in İstanbul – July 30, 2006 in İstanbul) was a Turkish journalist, best-selling author and activist for women’s rights.
    She was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1946. Her grandfather was Atatürk's personal secretary.After finishing Kadıköy Private College for Girls, she graduated from Istanbul University with a degree in pedagogy. Then, she worked for two years in the children’s clinic of Haseki Hospital and in the children’s home of the Istanbul University as a pedagogue.
    Duygu Asena died of brain cancer, which she had been battling for two years in İstanbul's American Hospital. She was buried in Zincirlikuyu Cemetery.

    Türkan Şoray (born 28 June 1945) is a Turkish actress, writer and film director. She is known as "Sultan" of the Cinema of Turkey. She started her career in 1960, and won her first award as the most successful actress at the 1st Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival for the movie Acı Hayat. Having appeared in more than 222 films, Şoray has starred in the most feature films for a female actress worldwide.On 12 March 2010, Şoray was chosen as a UNICEF goodwill ambassador in Turkey, about which she said: "I think there is nothing that cannot be done with love. If we combine power with love, we can overcome many problems".

She started her primary education in Çorum and completed in Bursa (1925). She graduated from Bursa Teacher Training School for Women, 1931) and Ankara University, Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Department of Sumerology (1940). She worked as a Sumerologist and cuneiform expert at the İstanbul Archeological Museums and retired in 1972.
    Her articles have been published in many reviews and newspapers such as Belleten and Bilim ve Ütopya. She is an honorary member of German Archeology Institute and İstanbul University, Institute of Prehistoric Sciences.

    Türkan Akyol was born on October 12, 1928 in Istanbul. Professor Dr. Türkan Akyol, on March 25, 1971 1 Nihat Erim government appointed the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare was Turkey's first female minister. She resigned from his duty on 13 December 1971 and returned to Ankara University. In 1980, she was elected Rector to Ankara University. This election Dr. Türkan Akyol followed by the title of the first Women's Minister, it her provided a well Turkey's First Woman President to take the title.

    A famous Turkish actress, Adile Naşit was born on June 17, 1930. She was born into a family of mixed ethnicity.
    She dropped out of school at the age of 14 and started her theater education. With her first play "Her Şeyden Biraz", she impressed everyone with her lively energy. People around came to approve of her talents. She founded Naşit Tiyatrosu with her husband and brother in 1961, but it survived only 2 years and then joined Gazanfer Özcan - Gönül Ülkü Tiyatrosu. Naşit started to act in musicals as well as movies. She was awarded Best Female Actor prize in 1976 in Altın Portakal Film Festival.
    In 1980 she started to read stories on television in a program called "Uykudan Önce". Her husband died in 1982. She married Cemal İnce in 1983. She was chosen "Mother of the Year" in 1985.
    She fell victim to intestinal cancer on December 13, 1987.

    Kara Fatma (Fatma Seher Erden) was born in Erzurum in 1888. Balkan, Caucasus and War of Independence, taking the role of the front, the name of the history of the pages in gold letters, a Turkish woman as a hero. In those years when our country was occupied by external enemies, he passed to Anatolia with his eight year old nephew (1919). In the early days of the National Struggle, when the Greeks heard the inhuman persecution in Anatolia, sitting in Istanbul went to pain and ran to the frontline immediately.     Fatma Refet Angın (18 March 1915–30 January 2010) was the first female high school teacher of Turkey. She was awarded Turkey's Teacher of the Year title in 1981.In 1981, she was recognized with the "Teacher of the Year" title as the first reciepent of the award. The next year, although she officially retired, she continued teaching and also served as a consultant of the Ministry of National Education. In 2006, she was awarded honorary doctorate degree by Yıldız Technical University.
    Fatma Refet Angin later then died on, January 30th, 2010 in İstanbul.

    Safiye Ayla is a singer of Turkish Art Music. She was born on 13 September 1907, in Istanbul and died on 14 January 1998, in Istanbul. Safiye Ayla was interested in music at a young age, and she learned to play piano. She studied at Bursa Teachers' School and started teaching at a primary school in Beyoğlu in 1920. However, she did not stop interested in music. She took music lessons from Mustafa Sunar, Selahattin Pınar, Saadettin Kaynak and lutist Nevres Bey. She made her stage debut in 1931 in the Teaching Music College's Concert. She worked in Istanbul radios and Ankara radios. Then she left the school and sang in casinos for many years.
