PRAGUE MEETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Date: 4-5 november

Arrival one day before, departure the day after or that evening.

Through this document we agree on the terms and conditions for the meeting to be held in Prague.

Every country will send two teachers-delegates (the school project coordinator plus another one)

Every country pays for own flight, accommodation and one meal.

Czechia will

• host the conference
• plan the schedule
• book meals and accommodation for delegates
• pick up and take delegates to airport
• pay for one meal per day

Spain will

• coordinate the whole process
• lead the meeting as to content

Lithuania will

• collect the proceedings (agreements, content) and publish them in a document

Hungary will

• disseminate the content on Social media, blog, newspapers...
