The Goethe-Gymnasium Bensheim is the coordinating school of this project. Situated in a town near Frankfurt it is surrounded by many big international companys in the region.

The school is international active with many partnerschools worldwide and is since 1999 due to special environmental education an Environmental School of Germany and since 2000 an Europe School of Hesse.
